Currently we repair your discs within 24-48 hours and most orders usually ship within 24-48
hours (as well) of the order
being placed (Except on weekends and bank holidays). However
some products may be harder to obtain or ship due to stock or factory
issues / delays. We ship a majority of our packages via Royal Mail
as they're the most reliable and cost effective for shipments.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Seasonal Delays: Due to circumstances beyond our control
there may be delays in shipping orders at various times of the year.
Please read the information below to be aware of such situations
that may arise at different times of the year.
Winter Season: During the winter months there may be shipping
delays due to snow storms or icy road conditions. Please understand
we always try our best to get orders shipped as quickly as possible,
but under these circumstances we are not responsible for delays
in shipping.

We will verify that all products are in good condition prior to shipment.
However, if the item(s) do not work properly, we will replace them.
